Shipping Policy

Evity aims to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. We use environmentally friendly recyclable packaging that fits directly through your letterbox.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail 1st class.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day with Royal Mail 2nd class. For example orders received after 12pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday assuming it isn’t a bank holiday.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and another when your order is shipped.

DELIVERY COST AND TIME

UK Delivery 

FREE 2nd class Royal Mail delivery on all orders sent in the UK. Deliveries take approximately 2-3 business days

International Delivery

Europe

Shipping costs are £6 per item. You will however be responsible for clearing customs and paying any additional costs such as customs duties and import VAT.

Due to Brexit and Covid there it isn’t possible to accurately predict a delivery date.

Rest of the world

We don’t currently offer shipping outside of the UK and Europe.

MISSING, LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inform us within 10 days if you have not received your delivery. If you have received a damaged item please take photographic evidence so we can review your individual case.
